Your wedding day is just that. YOURS. Whether you just need coordination and direction on your wedding day or you need complete wedding design and planning, we are here for you. Because that's who your wedding day is about. YOU. 

Our packages start at $150 and are designed to suit most brides' and grooms' needs. We understand every wedding is unique. Because YOU are unique. We are happy to discuss additional options with you if one of our main packages does not suit your needs.

Virtual Packages

Our virtual coordination services are designed for the couple whose venue has an on-site coordinator, who has a friend or family member assisting with coordination, or who is having a smaller celebration that does not require our full day-of coordination options.

We have 3 price options for virtual packages depending on your needs. Each option include a consult with the WBE team to cover all of your wedding planning questions and concerns. Contact us to learn more about each package.

The Lilac Package

A packaged designed for the couple who has planned their wedding and needs a professional to execute the final details.


This package includes:


Up to 3 consultations prior to your wedding day, the final one being a site visit at your venue.

Venue recommendations, if needed.

Rehearsal, ceremony, and reception coordination.

Personal bridal assistant.

Vendor oversight and production.

Set-up and clean up of decorations.*

Personalized wedding day timeline.

Access to the WBE decor inventory.

Unlimited email/text communication.

*Not including chairs and tables.


The Rose Package

An all inclusive package designed to meet your every need while planning your perfect wedding. 

This package includes everything in The Lilac Package and every item included in our a la carte menu. You also receive 1 consult/month with the WBE team from the time of booking.

If you are considering the majority of items from The Orchid Package, keep in mind that The Rose Package will save you 20% of the total cost of every a la carte item + the cost of The Lilac Package.

Some services from all our a la carte menu may be substituted for more customizable services if needed.

The Peony Package

This package includes decor set-up only. This does not include coordination of vendors or rehearsal coordination.


This package includes:

-Decor set-up on wedding day.

-2 30-minute consults prior to the wedding day.

-Decor guidance as needed.

The Orchid Package

An a la carte package you can design to suit your unique wedding needs. 

This package begins at $850 with everything included in The Lilac Package.
